Food Diary

Friday 4th April
Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon & Mustrad Cream Sauce
Sweat chopped shallot and garlic until soft; add cream and mustard to make a sauce; finish with chopped smoked salmon and tarragon. Toss the finished sauce with the tagliatelle.

Saturday 5th April
Quick Baked Gnocchi with Chorizo, Spinach & Mozzarella
Gnocchi baked with a sauce of chorizo, garlic, tin of chopped tomatoes, baby spinach, and mozzarella - serve with a salad.

Monday 7th April
Salmon Risotto with Roasted Tomatoes & Rocket
Classic risotto with added flaked red salmon (from a tin), finished with roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh rocket.

Tuesday 8th April
Feta Baked with Tomato & Oregano
Feta Cheese baked in a sauce of tinned plum tomatoes, chilli flakes, garlic and oregano - seve with crusty bread.
